Since episode ten of occasionally steamy loli oppai anime 恋姫†無双 / Koihime Musou offered little in the way of interesting scenes (what there was you can see below), but much in the way of slightly boring busty machiavellian plotting, it seems an opportune juncture to take a look at the original eroge CG character designs in comparison with the anime.

The recent spate of steam obscuration afflicting TV anime, which then goes on to get a erotically powered up DVD release, is a pattern Strike Witches is set to repeat, as we saw.
However, the suspicion that all this is in part a marketing tactic seems to get some support with the below image of a witch (Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen; easy to remember Finnish name there) sporting nipples, with the legend “DVD用です”, that is “For the DVD”.

The charms of sukumizu and hadaka (naked) apron combine, in what must also be considered a novel way of bypassing the censors, in episode 23 of decidedly non-risqué anime 絶対可憐チルドレン / Zettai Karen Children.

Her nipple is “covered” by a tattoo? Of a flower? As usual, what goes through the mind of a censor in determining what to allow or disallow is absolutely incomprehensible. One of the strangest pieces of nipple exposure seen to date.
Aside from the matter of this brief and idiosyncratic exposure/censorship, the unfavourable evaluations of the latest To Love-Ru episodes have been added to, by what seems to have been universally agreed to be the worst episode so far, number 23. So bad it may be interesting?

Tragedy Witches continues in the direction of drama and gratuitous plot twists, seemingly having developed into two separate titles, with the service orientated title now losing out. There is, mercifully, a short segment of Yoshika raep, and general oppai massaging and yuri ofuro antics, but the rest consists of the witches shrieking at each other in what must be intended to be High Drama.

The onsen service episode of 恋姫†無双 / Koihime Musou, epidode nine, looks set to become a favourite, closing with ecchier titles so quickly as it does, yet still being restrained, and having at times rather subtlely carried off humour. Still, it does at times start to look like an inferior oppai anime, though at least it has balance between the two extremes (of size).

We saw previously that Sekirei was developing strong credentials as an oppai anime; it seems although one broadcaster, Tokyo MX, broadcast it in all its glory as we saw, other stations took grave exception to this.
So much so that they forced some extraordinarily harsh changes upon the episode in question, number nine, which put the worst excesses of regional physics firmly in the shade, quite literally considering the sudden blinding beams of light and mysteriously intervening objects featured.
You can see a full comparison below, and rather interesting it is too. Plenty of detail and even instructive animations.

Delighted fans exclaim that the latest chapter of the To Love-Ru manga is bordering on ero-manga territory, with tentacles and elementary school loli breasts aplenty, and that is just the censored version.

Overbearing oppai anime Sekirei seems to have had a mysterious recovery from its previous steaming up, as the latest episode, the ninth, is packed full of form hugging pantsu and nipples entirely devoid of the vapourous shroud we are becoming all too used to seeing in television broadcasts.

Breast battle anime Ikki Tousen for a while seemed to have succumbed to the censors, but it seems with episode 11 it is firmly back in the running, though exactly for what is perhaps not entirely clear.
Much as in a recent off kilter episode of Pantsu Witches, this anime attempts to reconcile its primary purpose of breast and nipple exposure with a serious turn of story; as a result there are some at time incongruous scenes, though stimulating enough.

Fans have been quick to voice their considerable discontent at the latest developments in the anime adaptation of To Love-Ru; animation quality is said to have taken a nosedive in the latest episode (21), but more shockingly, volume two of the DVD edition has reneged on the usual arrangement with fans of putting up with wretched television censorship in exchange for an ecchified DVD release: fans are outraged that nipples are barely visible, and that saucy underwear remains replaced by normal clothing, with only the sop of mysterious tentacle molestation liquid to mollify them…
