Blood and boobs seem to be the order of the day for BTOOOM! with plenty of bloody unpleasantness complementing (if not overwhelming) the raping action – although there are increasing numbers of complaints that “this anime is more about fat old guys than it is about busty schoolgirls.”

The final disc release of top guro anime Blood-C has not disappointed fans of horrendous bloodshed, with blood and brains flying from a variety of terrifying wounds, even as the unfortunate heroines are impaled, blown to bits and torn to shreds.

There have been some censored versions of Ga-rei Zero aired by more craven stations, but I think we can put the matter to rest with the above captures; it seems unlikely things can get much more extreme than this version, aired by AT-X. Just about everything which can be stabbed or cut off looks to be stabbed or cut off.
There is no ero to the show (sort of), but flying limb blood spurting action surely more than makes up for it?

Slightly troubled supernatural anime 喰霊-零- / Ga-rei Zero has puzzled fans with the above scene; many speculate that the pair seem somehow to have become bereft of pantsu? It seems an improbable shot, though perhaps this depends on their choice of underwear.
What has become clear is that is that several stations have been broadcasting a censored version of the show, with viewers reporting a number of changes to reduce not panchira (there is none, perhaps because, as above, they are not wearing any), but blood and other guro content.
