    I just went grocery shopping today, so I’ve picked up a bunch of tasty stuff. Grabbed some more Ponzu since I was running low, and stocked up on munchies, mostly rice crackers of varying sorts, and a box of Coconut Pocky. Also grabbed some Ito En Yakisoba flavoured ramen, a bottle of Pocari Sweat (don’t know if it’ll be a repeat purchase), some thin fried tofu, two trays of what the label says are black sesame tofus, and a couple of other random things. Had a spicy cod roe onigiri for lunch, and a black sesame seed/mustard leaf one with dinner. I think next week I’m going to pick up some more natto (am I the only foreigner who loves this stuff? I hear it’s pretty universally hated by non-Japanese) and expand my experience with Japanese pickled vegetables. Want to grab some pickled Daikon, but the store around here charges ~$5 for a little chunk, and I’m not all that sure I’ll enjoy it.
