Please define “victims” in this case. Because I do not believe that 89 out of 97 are actually “victims”.

Unless they are victims of success ($$$) for the money they receice.

Not really sure what to think of this anime yet with one episode released. I do know that this one isn’t anywhere near some other series released this anime season ^_^
