Ok so in some animé we get shown one of the character's underwear drawers and i can't help but notice most of them have their panties folded up into little balls like this

now the question is how do they fold them like that or is it something that can only be done in animé?

In animé with foreign characters have they ever used someone from the country the character is supposed to be from?
