My old HD4870 would start downthrottling at 115ºC too, but if my CPU started getting this hot I’d be a little worried…

Not a hardware geek, but I have opened up and disassembled parts of an old computer that I didn’t use anymore… Some of the screws were stuck so I ended up giving up and didn’t bother to try putting it back together. Maybe I should see if I can put it back.

I built my computer myself and get excited when I see companies release some new parts..that might classify me as a hardware geek ;p
