Would be better if the image was colored and wasn’t pointlessly censored.

Could someone make Mikan's skin color in the second pic more resemble the skin color in the first pic? I realize the face is a little too white though. I’m dreadful with photoshop and don’t even know where to begin. Thanks to whomever helps with this
