Well again, it’s just a word that is known for some uses even if the linguistic origins might seem to suggest it is not the most accurate.
I have seen it written is a variety of spellings as well as short forms. It usually carries the same stigma, and usually implies CP as the focus of the scorn.

The term loli isn’t used in the laws pertaining to this, so how you or others define it isn’t really a factor here. I actually don’t put age limits on the term, it’s clearly a broad combination of feminity and neoteny that creates ”loli”, with no strict rules excluding anyone from it.
