This. A series should last only as long as it takes to tell the story it set out to tell, and no more. Some of the best comics I’ve read are one-shots, or mini-series with less than a dozen issues.

The visual effects make me think of the video for “Made in Japan” by Brazilian pop band Pato Fu. And that was made back in ’99 with a modest budget.
