Still being up at 6:00 this morning, I decided to go outside and see the [url=http://earthsky.org/astronomy-essentials/visible-planets-tonight-mars-jupiter-venus-saturn-mercury]five planets visible right now[/url]. To the west was Jupiter; south was Mars; SSE was Saturn near Antares and SE was Venus just above Mercury (the planet, not the demi-goddess).

Yes, if I go north up the street a bit. Then I can just see it over the hills to the south.

You could also:

Left click the desktop,

highlight “View”

unclick “Auto arrange”

click desktop.

Now you can drag the icons anywhere on the desktop and they’ll stay.
