Currently LDP has successfully pushed forth an effort to restrict its sale, while DPJ shrunk back and let them. LDP is putting forth another effort to do so on a much more massive scale by outlawing major segments entirely. DPJ could shrink from the challenge again due to its lack of balls and fear of dropping opinions.
But aren’t the DPJ the dominant party in the Diet’s House of Representatatives right now?
What about he SDP (Social Democratic Patry) and the JCP Japanese Communist Party)?
