Have you checked for bedbugs? You do NOT want an infestation of those creatures. I would recommend HoiHoi-san for dealing specifically for those types of vermin.

Electrical gremlins. Not only are they difficult to diagnose, they like to disappear and reappear randomly.

USB outlets. They make recharging on master’s bed so much easier. Every room should have at least one.
