I've tried to ask on the support thread you provided, but every time I try to post, my post does not seem to go through. I've tried 3 times but every time my post does not seem to go through. What's going on?

How come I have an avatar on the main site and the forums, but on the channel when I click 'my account', I still don't have an avatar so I can't upload or do anything that requires an avatar on the channel? Do you know how to set an avatar on the channel?

On the sankakucomplex main site, I have an avatar set up but on the channel, I still don’t have an avatar. I’m not sure where to go to set up an avatar for the channel. I already have a gravatar account set up hence the avatar on the main site. Where can I go to set up my avatar for the channel? -
