I was having a similar problem. It turns out it was my ISP’s dns server. I switched to the Google one, and it’s faster and doesn’t block anything from the site.

Mangameeya and CDisplay are the best viewers for manga. Both read various graphic formats out of archives, can rotate the pages and generally do whatever you need.
