Okay, this seems to be complicated. I'm not sure if I'm right. Apparently hiyouji read as 'hi yo u ji' is supposed to be hyouji (read the ou as a long o). In the interwebs for technical reasons they seem to write these things sometimes in katakana in this way instead of writing it 'correct'. Also check the green circle in pic related.
