Since i’ve left Sancom I have become an alcoholic. It was really bad about a year ago where I would drink until I pass out every night. Lately I have limited it to about once a week but I still find it much easier to be happy with a drink,

Yesterday I threw out my back doing 105 on deadlifts. It’s not because the weight was too much, my form was just shit. To make it worse I fucked up right after a guy gave me tips.

Just got home from a party. It was above average but very standard to the stereotypes. We had a “roast of [Abra]” at one point and the girl who made fun of me for being skinny long ago couldn’t come up with material because i’m no longer skinny as a stick. That felt good.

I’ve gotten really into working out over the past couple of months. Currently I follow Lee Labrada’s 12 week program mixed in with tips from my personal trainer. In six weeks or so I’ll be able to post a before and after pic.
