    This question really depends on where you live. Living in the US, I'd much rather have been born a woman.

    Live longer than men, free dates paid by men, if I commit a crime I'll get a lighter sentence than if I were a man, plenty of women only scholarships that I can apply for, as long as I stay single I'm more likely to make more money than men, if I got married I'd have the option of being a stay at home mom or working on my career, if I ever got pregnant I'd have all the power to choose whether to keep the baby or not, any man I don't like who hits on me I can report to HR for sexual harassment, in a really bad economy if I lost my job I'd be less likely than a man to become homeless, etc...

    The perquisites are just endless.

    I just remembered something.

    I though before now, "oh, I have horific allergies up the wazzo so I know what it's like to get headaches at random and feel all sick without clear advanced warning. I even have random bouts of depression so I know what that's all about just fine!" But then I remembered that if I were a girl I'd STILL HAVE all of that, I'd just have periods in addition to it all. DERP.
