    yeah living in thailand i knew this for long time, also the babies and yeah its true and deeply disgusting and disturbing, the worse thing is that is all related to stupid and insane traditions mixed with magic and those kind of food is also quite expensive, they also eat many kind of wild animals and insects imported from south east asia and only really rich ppl can afford it...
    luckily new generations reject all of this nonsense but old traditions r really hard to extinguish especially when r insane and sick like this...i am really speachless

    Grilled Alligator Tail

    INGREDIENTS:
    4 Alligator tail steaks about 3/4-inches thick
    2 cups milk for marinade
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon rosemary
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    DIRECTIONS:
    Place milk in a deep bowl, add pepper flakes and rosemary. Season meat with black and cayenne peppers. Place meat in the bowl, add milk and cover. Let marinate 3-4 hours.

    Remove meat from marinade, discard marinade. Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. Add more red and black pepper to the alligator meat. Add salt to taste.

    Brush meat with olive oil and grill over a hot grill, about 10 minutes each side, brushing with oil when you turn the meat.
