If you're referring to what she's saying during the 'nyan-nyan' bit, that's simply "Nyan nyan, nyan nyan, ni hao ('hello' in Chinese) nyan, Gorgeous, delicious, deculture". As to the other song, a quick search gives me:
"When I was in love with God, I didn’t think that such a parting would come" from this page.By the way, time to ask what's probabaly going to be a really daft question, but what do they use to make these 3D videos as I've wanted to try some 3D animation for a bit. This is probabaly like jumping in at the deep end with this, but hey, it worked with Photoshop :D

I don't what program they used specifically, but you could try 3ds max for 3d modeling and animation. Though that will probably cost quite a bit unless you use other "methods" to obtain it.

The Nyan Nyan bit is from the jingle for Super Dimensional Chinese Restaurant Nyan Nyan, and the other bit is from Diamond Crevasse, both Macross Frontier songs.
