Opportunity or Madness?

Even with all this talk this does not necessary mean that this is true,as far as i know he could said that he was trolling here tomorrow if all his friends back down the idea tomorrow so is not like the CIA or FBI can do anything to him.

I'm pretty sure that isn't the case. Once again, if were to say that I am going to blow up my school, they aren't going to wait for me to do it before they take me away.

Well i guess you do have a point, but then i don't think the CIA or FBI are going to do something if it turn out that our friend here is not from America. Beside if he has the balls to put this online(hopefully) he is smart enough to have countermeasure like faking IP
But then with his last post it seem we all know that this internet drama is going to end soon,i'll admit that i'm going to miss it but at least i feels better knowing that in someway i have been able to prevent a crime from happening

Due to prior cases concerning extraterritoriality and jurisdiction concerning the internet....International Case precedent has shown that where ever it can viewed on the internet (which is in every country that this website is not blocked in) can use extraterritoriality and have jurisprudence on the case.....so basically any country could force Artefact to give them said Douchebag's IP address to find him if they deemed it worth it. and Most country's government will go along with the "hard" international law precedent as they would call it.

Meaning if loli gets illegal in your country you won't be safe even with proxy and router restart etc?

The authorities in your country would probably need some form of reason to check your proxie traffic. You're not hiden if they already know you are downloading stuff etc. However it is harder to detect you in the first place, as I believe most mass operations are done by cross checking IPs from black listed websites. Unless you do some other illegal activity on the web or your country enacts deep packet inspection on your entire countries traffic, I would assume the chances of being detected purely for loli are low. I'm no expert though...

As far as I know there is no way of being truly anonymous on the internet.

Well, then it's fine I guess. I don't think I have ever visited some kind of taboo website. The only one who comes to my mind is a site with that disturbing violence video which some guy posted some days ago in Sancom.

No sensible authority will spy on you for content that you didn't ask for, is user based, and obviously not what the website is aimed at.

Wouldn't Sankaku Complex count as a taboo website?

No, well it depends on how strict you are and how you define taboo. The main reasons I would imagine you getting spied on is CP, mass fraud/organised crime, or terrorism.

  11. If everyone and their buddies went through with every idea that they and their buddies had while drunk, then everyone would be in prison at this point.

It might just be because I'm English, but I never believe anything that starts with "This is 100% real".

And, even if it is real, he is clearly commited to the idea and no amount of moral faggory on the account of sancon will stop him.

  15. Wow...just wow.

    Never expected that.

Just got off from the meeting, and the plan (both of them) is officially dead and buried.

Happy now? I am, it was such a small and amateurish idea, in retrospect.

Our eyes have been opened, how could we have been so blind?

I have been shown the bigger picture, and I am humbled.

    Further Affiant sayeth not.

  16. I think this passingas guy is just doing exactly what his name implies- him blowing hot air through is ass. It's a bad idea all round, you're probably going to to do more harm to these kids more than anything. Sad to see a grown man think such horrid things.
