The Chinese OBT is nearing, but a western release date hasn't been mentioned yet. There has been a remarkable lack of news on the western localisation for a while now, too. I used to think they'd release it in the west in late 2014, but I don't think 2015 is implausible now.

Ha ha, I've actually been playing this on private servers with my sister for months now. We're closely following all the announcements for the western release too. The characters she creates are absolutely gorgeous. She's always been good at character creation, and B&S' exceptionally feature-rich character creator really brings out the best in her.
