    And about what you posted: that doesn't mean there's no spill. The article just says the Coast Guard didn't notice any oil sheen on the surface from their boats, though they apparently did from planes?

    It should be easily fixable as this isn't a drilling platform it's an oil transport platform. no hole in the ocean floor to plug.
