Pretty much, hes so androgynous that i don't believe anyone could tell his gender unless you took a peek between his legs. He has the voice, the looks, the mannerisms, the body structure, all of it down perfectly.
He has a brother that is somewhat like him, but not quite as androgynous. Long hair though that he often wears as twintails or ponytails. Sometimes he does some weird design with it.

That really does only apply if you have feminine features, I once tried twin tails when I had long hair, and I didn't liked it even a bit!
I think and checked the fourth option. Sure, some guys also have a well maintained hair but it really looks better on girls, and I (and many here I assume)know how sacrificing is to maintain a well kept and good looking hair.
