I'll answer the question before going into why, though.
It would depend on who found it. Friends of mine would probably be perfectly fine with it. I think they'd be more disturbed by my Guro, futa, and other hentai. At least one of my friends already has a good idea of what I like, and has probably guessed I have a shota/loli hentai collection. The other friends that have no idea, well, I'd explain that they're just drawings and I have no wish, want, will or anything else along those lines to do such a thing with a real child. I will then likely shudder at the mere thought of violating a child, if not gag.
Family, it would be harder, but I'd do my best to explain there, too. In the case of my mother it would likely be easier than my father, as she'd understand sooner that my fantasy and reality are kept totally separate. A lot of Loli/shota revolves around the aesthetic. I have only come across a few non-moe lolicon images that I like, and those are more on artistic matter than anything else. Almost all of the ones on my computer are moe, the same goes for my non loli/shota to a point. I hadn't really caught on to this until reading the arguments. I now have a way to explain the difference between real children and lolis/shotas that explains why I have interest in one, but not the other.
