First off, how is German a "minor language?" The concept that English is in some way superior to other languages is silly... German is by no means minor. Second, there is English NND, it's called YouTube. Why would NND feel a need to compete with YT for viewers? It seems like a lot of trouble setting everything up while they're operating at a loss just to compete with the already extant English language video sites that import most of the content that's going to be popular anyway.
