Closest thing to ganguro nowadays is Snookie. Ganguro has been dead for a long time. It's like if the Japanese thought that we still wore those big ass JNCO jeans from the 90s.

I can argue it's the same thing...but my depiction of Gangu seems to be almost non-existent pass 2001...if only I can recall the woman's name I'd show you all what I had in mind. It's much more subtle than Yamamba and the common Ganguro chick.

It looks like a bunch of evil dolls are planning to kill you with the evil eye. Then the ganguro with clown quantity make-up on, i never understood the appeal of that fad, never will, and will never care to understand it. Oh well, odd fads come and go.
I like the first Scene girl pic Antiweeaboo posted, she looks great. The second one not so much, i don't much care for that half and half hair color style.

For me outta the top Ullzang but both gundam and antiwebaoos tastes are closer to mine overall.
edit i just realized a mic of all three would be perfect the eye makeup of the scene girl the hair of the ullzang and the clothing/skin of gundams.
