So since I have been hanging around here alot, I was wondering if I could have that triangular logo drawn on the sleeve of a blazer jacket in the next Avatar image done by my creator.
Granted the request does seem a little dumb, but better be safe than sued. But in any case, I want it shown I take pride in being a member of Sankaku Complex.
Doubt you'd get sued for something like that. Go for it dude.
Other users have the orange triangle plastered on their avatars so I think it'll be fine. So long that you don't sell it to make a profit or something, I don't see any problems.

Some time back there was a - "Show your SanCon Pride Tread" - in which people placed and used the orange Triangle onto their Gravatar. (there was also the Membership Card) as well that was created by members (though not actually an Official one).
So, I see no problem either.

Hmm, I wonder how long it'll be until people tattoo the logo onto their bodies? Or shave it into their heads? Perhaps we'll even have a member growing a triangular beard?
