I just look on Japanator site the mention Gundam Unicorn episodes is coming to the Ps3 network.Also said it may released on Blu-ray and DVD October 30th is this going to be released in Japan or Worldwide I wonder?

I believe someone mention that you can get a make a fake Japanese account for PS3 and they don't bother with your IP.

For games they don't but for the video store unless you have a Japanese IP you can't access it. Works the same for a Japanese user trying to access the NA store. I considered using a VPN once but I'm much too lazy to set it up.

Well,if they can get the money they would finish the series or they are working with a small staff to finish Gundam Unicorn.Considering how Time of Eve manage to be well animated with a small staff of animators it took a long while to finish.
The other bit id if you recall series like bubblegum crisis were ovas and that took over 2 years so yeah it's not unexpected and look at tenchi muyo ryo-ohkl/classic that one wasn't done for about 8-10 years so it could be worse.

I'd be more forgiving if that were the case, but Unicorn is supposed to be the 30th Anniversary piece for Gundam and it's being backed by Sunrise no less. The only explainable reason for it taking so long is because it has to be translated into five different languages.
But still, my impatient nerd persona will not have eight months of lollygagging.
