Isn't it obviously a artefact made troll to start a flame war of comments, purely to make sancom seem more interesting than it is, and accelerate ad revenue?
besides, I assumed the comments in the article here were actually from multiple places, (within 2ch) which had mention of foreigners or onemanga or sancom within them.

Some of it was from the Shonen Jump board.
If you do find it, ask them who are the ones who scan and upload the manga in the first place. I won't be surprised if they blame the foriegners living in Japan.

The comments posted are translated so you need to look for them in Japanese in the appropriate section. I avoid posting links to 2ch because if people go there start letting out their rage (in English) it's only a matter of time before it get IP blocked.
