  2. Personally I don't think this really matters. I mean yes now it's technically legal, but Apple didn't really sue people for jailbreaking their phone and it still voids the warranty. I always thought the main reason people didn't jailbreak their phone was because they were afraid of bricking it or believed they didn't have the technological know how to do it; legality wasn't really a factor.

    Not really you can download Images from the Internet upload pictures to your Iphone go to Settings and find Wallpaper I put this image on my Iphone today.
