Hate to say it, but with that price and the fact it's from China, it's most likely a bootleg. Hell, if it isn't, something is wrong with the world as I know it.

You've just been ripped off and that $5 now belongs to probably the Triad or some kind of drug/child-pornography ring.
It's safe to assume that anything from China or in the general area of China, maybe save for Hong Kong and Korea, having to do with anime or any other form of media that doesn't ORIGINATE from China is counterfeit.

I don't see what the problem is, i got it for really cheap, and I didn't have to pay $20 for something similar from the local anime shop :3

I don't see a problem either, man! Figure for cheap. Someone still had to make it. Neither the country they're from, nor their legitimacy, necessarily reflects their passion for the material.
I guess the only problem is if it's true bootleg, then no chunk of the money exchanged will go to the artists who made the franchise. That does kinda suck. But when it's so cheap like that (5 bucks with shipping?), the guy who took the trouble to make it might as well just take the whole pie, IMO.
