I don't like the face of the left, I couldn't get it right. But I just drew it out of boredom and not because I really wanted to draw a picture. I know the legs are too short etc. This isn't my regular style of drawing.
This is. I've reduced the boobs by a small amount and added another character.

Body is totally out of wack..I don't know about the accurate proportions and shit but really, something's wrong.
Eyes reminded me of the hieroglyphics in Egypt. Work out on that too, if your eyes do not express emotions, they pretty much look like fishes, or much worse, DEAD fishes. That's the most redeeming feature of anime but then you blew it.
About the boobs, I don't know what's going on in your coconut but having a boobs that size? Come on..stay grounded..if you really need to make the boobs that big, having a few big boobie photo references IRL will not hurt. Know boob physics or else they look like silicon fakes.
Can't comment on the clothing dep't. My eyes are not yet keen with that.
Keep practicing, that's all I can say as a critic.

There's nothing wrong with dead fish eyes.
