I don't think the one on the right is too big. I usually settle for this or smaller. The on on the right is basically the first time I've settled for such a big size. I usually draw this big for my own pleasure.

Well, it depends on you. I think the pair on the left is far too big but if you want to make them impossibly big, knock yourself out. What you should do is probably get some reference to look at while drawing, no matter what breast size it is.

My first instinct would've been to post "there's no such thing as too big" and in most cases that'd be correct, however looking at your picture I'd say yes. Aside from size you really need to work on shape. Also, looking at the rest of the characters, I'd say make the left one have the tits of the one on the right, make the one on the right have normal-sized. A bit of variation makes it more interesting ;)

Anime these days, boobs can never be too big. In my opinion, yea. If you were making these characters for a manga/anime and I only saw these two characters, I would automatically think the manga was clichéd and wouldn't even bother with it.
BTW, add a few DFC girls too. That would be awesome. Thanks.

Like I said I usually draw smaller. And I focus on making the shape as perfect as possible. I thought I made the shape perfect on the left one. I am planning on re-drawing the picture because I only drew it for the left woman's boobs. If she was like a K-cup I want to make her at least a HH-cup

It looks like you just drew two ovals and said that's that. Maybe it seems off because they're not shaded and there's no nipples. You could add some lines/detail to the clothes covering them to emphasize the shape.
The rest of the picture looks greta in terms of proportions and detail. The face of the one on the left is kinda shit aswell.

honestly the breasts look good. can't explain it but it looks balanced to me. however....the face... all i think when i see it is BRAAIIIIINS!
also i feel more educated in the are of drawing breasts.
