    While underwear has been a popular subject of theft in Japan for a long while, some people evidently don't take much interest in it. After all, there are far more original ways collecting things that have been close to little girls' private parts:

    A 37-year-old man has been arrested in the Tochigi prefecture for the theft of a 9-year-old girl’s bicycle seat. When police searched his house, they found a large collection of approximately 80 bicycle seats. The man told the police that he stole them for his own enjoyment.

    Not new at all dude. If this guy didn't steal as many seats as he did he would have not gotten caught and you would have never found out about this.
