Diorte

What genres and bands does everyone here enjoy listening to? I'm personally a fan of the heavier alternative rock stuff. I think most rock is just bland, so I gravitate towards the more synthy rock. I also enjoy the occasional metal bands, also gravitating towards the ones with synths, and most of which happen to be European metal bands. For some reason I don't really like ANY American metal, which makes me sad =[ I don't know much in the way of classical musicians, but I do love me some violions, pianos, and cellos. I've got a nice big list of bands I like, so I'll just dump'em in here >_>

J-Pop, J-Hop, J-Rock, anime soundtracks, Jazz, Rap (mostly underground & some mainstream), Gospel, Electronica, Club, Rock...

Mostly in English & Japanese, sometimes French, Italian (Illaria Graziano), Russian (Origa). I just love music (except classical for the most part).

Rock and anime OPs, I'll listen to just about anything though with the exception of rap and country.

A friend of mine sent me some pendulum songs about a month ago and I cant stop listening to them.

Metal/Rock... in a lot of the flavors they come in., having a guitar in it is more or less a requirement.

From Johnny Cash till Dimmu Borgir.. it's all good. Be it american, brittish, german or japanese music.. I really don't give a shit :)
Hell, even in my own country the make decent music

MSI deserves a special mention, as at first I was like "GOD THAT'S ANNOYING".. nowadays I actually like it, blame this vid that kinda got me hooked..

Favorite band? Ayreon. Prog/symphonic/electronic/folk metal with a fantasy/sci-fi story twist. I'll pick a good song to get a video of later.

I think this would apply to many of Sankaku's visitors (not necessarily on these forums).

In addition to that, I like songs with "uniqueness", such as Rodrigo y Gabriela; and Kula Shaker's Govinda.

I actually kinda liked that o.o It had that *oonst oonst* thing I usually hate, but that one wasn't bad at all. The small amount of vocals in it sounded like MSI's singer, too oO'

That is probably a lot, but not as much as mine though. =P
