This is problematic. As no one reported any of it, our backups now contain the errors.
I'm not sure what the cause is, but I have my suspicions　(drive failure from three or four months ago seems likely). I will take additional preventative steps.
The meganekko gallery is completely gone. Unless anyone has it saved I do not think I can reconstitute it.
A small number of other articles look to have had image damage. I can find out which fairly easily, but it is unlikely I will have time to deal with them.
If anyone wants to help with this they can volunteer and it should be possible to rectify matters fairly completely with some searching around.
I get a feeling the site has been archived elsewhere on the web through the feed and such.
The images likely not. We shall see.
