   I Didnt see any posts about it so i figured id start one.
   I just recieved a C&D order from 'BayTSP' on behalf of mediafactory saying i was infringing on their copyright by torrenting queen's blade. I wasn't aware the series was licensed yet.

   BayTSP, Inc. ("BayTSP") swears under penalty of perjury that Media Factory, Inc. has authorized BayTSP to act as its non-exclusive agent for copyright infringement notification. BayTSP's search of the protocol listed below has detected infringements of Media Factory, Inc.â?Ts copyright interests on your IP addresses as detailed in the below report.

   BayTSP has reasonable good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of in the below report is not authorized by Media Factory, Inc., its agents, or the law. The information provided herein is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Therefore, this letter is an official notification to effect removal of the detected infringement listed in the below report. The below documentation specifies the exact location of the infringement.

   We hereby request that you immediately remove or block access to the infringing material, as specified in the copyright laws, and insure the user refrains from using or sharing with others unauthorized Media Factory, Inc.'s materials in the future (see, 17 U.S.C. 512).

   Further, we believe that the entire Internet community benefits when these matters are resolved cooperatively. We urge you to take immediate action to stop this infringing activity and inform us of the results of your actions. We appreciate your efforts toward this common goal.

   They're a company who find infringes and then report, (or at least have your information handy for the authorities).

   They are not legal officials, just professionals who profit by selling information of 'criminals' to authorities who need to crack down on piracy.

   Advice. Change your information or Cease and Desist until another day.

   Shouldn't make a difference, a large number of our members are non-American, infact quite a few are non-EU members too, so it wont be hard to find a seed.

   Don't sweat it, there is always other methods of distributing stuff. Heck, I could even torrent/seed some of them if you wish. =)

   The EU makes up the rest of the world that America is not. And I think Canada fits in a small percent there.

    I came.

    You only need to seed till one person has it, then once it's on the tubes, it'll be unstoppable.

    those kneesocks are the best part of that image...and i usually seed as long as possible....

    Where you saying you didn't like the image?

    what are tassels? and the image is fine but the kneesocks are what catches my eye the most.....and thisnewimage has been in my archives for some time (no idea where it is though), those red eyes with kneedsocks and garters.....*splurt*

    A tassle is that red string.

    Tsukihime is still my fav' game.
