   I stumbled across this site Torrent-jp, which seems to be a pretty awesome Japanese torrent tracker/forum. I'm a little stumped as to how it functions. You're required to register to seem images and links in the posts, ok done. However even after registering the links to the torrent files just don't seem to be there, they look like they should be there, there are posts that say "torrent" at the bottom but are non-linked. The best I can figure is that there's some other form of authorization you have to go through (or something) in order to download the .torrent files. Does anyone here have experience with the site?
