Had to check what exactly the terms mean lol. That said... 1st option for me. I'm not that old yet so that answer covers both adolescent and adult females. Still most often younger girls or even girls my age have an unpleasant mindest which is a huge turnoff.

I like girls around my own age, so 16 - 20. It's about the same for 2D; maybe a little lower because the 14-year-olds look like 16-year-olds, anyway.

Adolescents and girls closer to my age, but also with the option of girls who look borderline prepubescent, but are somewhat older. Believe it or not, a 16 year old who looks like she's 12 is going to look a lot better than a real 12 year old any day (at least to me).
Anything that really is <= 13 doesn't actually look all that great irl. 2d is a bit more flexible, though.
