i agree, i saw the first ep and rather enjoyed it, it seems like an interesting story which is what i watch for...people say the animation was crap but i didn't really notice it so it didn't bother me and i fully intend to watch the series

I don't know, I enjoyed it. Sure there are flaws, but isn't everyone overanalyzing it just a bit? For sheer entertainment value, it was so random that it kept me entertained if not a bit confused.

Comparing the magazine width of the weapon she is firing, it is most likely a long round, not at all anything in the 5.56 zone. it WILL kick and hard.
Fired in anything like that angle, the weapon breaks her collar bone and the scope skull fucks her eye out of the series.
But I don't recognize the weapon. Looks like some imaginary heavy round sniper rifle. I highly doubt she has the body mass to avoid being thrown on her back.
Only thing right on that image, is the trigger discipline. Interesting that a small school girl would be that skilled, and yet unable to recognize her physical shortcomings.
It looks a lot like a Barrett M82.
EDIT: Yeah Intervention is correct, it doesn't have the iconic M82 muzzle.

Just finished watching it, and its pretty fucking cool, the only thing that really bothered me was the sniper rifle thing and that its possible the main character will be another generic pussy whos too afraid to do anything...
Though you can never tell with AMNESIA!!!
Bottom line I think it'll be one of the better shows of the season (dont remember whats airing) and that you all just blindly follow Artefact and whatever he saids about animu

indeed, just watched it and i can't wait for the next episode...also seems like a great world to live in, so much fun.
