Well, there's at least one ANN reviewer who watched it with an open mind, rather than "The premise is bad therefore it sucks" attitude. Interestingly enoguh, this same reviewer gave much more moderate marks than his peers did for "good" anime too.

It's also a weirdly sneaky romance. When Yamada finally finagles her way into Kosuda's home, it becomes clear that in her headlong charge to get in Kosuda's pants she has been unintentionally living a very conventional, and very sweet romance (with all the wrong intentions of course). Not to worry: it all ends in amusingly sadistic disaster for poor Kosuda, but nevertheless it is clear that the series is intent on walking a fine line between bald perversity and naive sweetness. An odd mix under any circumstances, and certainly a recipe for potential disaster, but for now a source of real promise.

The show may also do what I am going to call a 'Chu-Bra'.
Chu-Bra was really quite funny with a very extreme notion, but had a premise that really was so finite it couldn't really be expected to be more than a short 13 here and then gone series.

Since i can Emulate pokemon Hg and watch anime at the same time
i was able to WatchAngel Beats - decent charcters, possible interesting story concept
Ikkitousen Xtreme Xecutor - ... wtf is this, wtf is going on.
Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou - SSJ4 main character +girls girls girls, interesting story though..kinda
Kaichou wa Maid-sama!- only 2 characters as far as i know, I love it because it is almost the same storyline as my favorite Korean Drama, Coffee Prince! xD
+ strong female lead is a bonusi'm not even going to touch Heroman.....
