No. The fact that it isn't even close to being a defining characteristic of its premise, but rather an ancillary aspect of it, takes it outside the term. Besides, the argument was already posited that a daily life portrayal in and of itself does not a slice of life anime make. 24 is a looking into the daily (also, hourly) life of Jack Bauer. And therein lies the problem with the way the term in question is being defined.
i assume the many aspects of the type of anime it is a a given. the only things that you can pick out that would matter to anime viewers is the slice of life part.
Well if many of the existing shows on tv were, Action, Drama, Crime
i probably would differentiate 24 as a Cia slice of life xD, because you already expect Action, Crime, Drama

Well now that's very subjective. I enjoy anime that fit a genre just fine.
it is Subjective, Now choose a shows(s)
Seinen Romantic Comedy
Seinen ROmantic Comedy
Seinen Romantic Comedy
Seinen Romantic COmedy
i enjoy romantic comedies non obsessively, but at some point i'm going to be a little picky and choose based on more than Seinen Romantic Comedy. :P
