   On a tv program arguing over censorship, sub-governor of tokyo said "a manga serializing only ero stuff is so low-level that it's less than an expressible material unlike the literature".

   
   Actually he's referring to "okusama wa shougakusei" (my wife is a grade school student).

   Elsewhere it was pointed out that the manga itself contains no sex and is actually a gag manga in which a teacher is placed into a variety of suggestive situation involving condensed milk and the like. The story ends with him still being a virgin.

   Actually this manga has been already ceased publication by the author in case of being under arrested. He has his family.
