    It seems the Texas board of education or should I say board of non-education decided to remove Thomas Jefferson from the history books.
    Thomas Jefferson is one of the founding fathers of the US and is considered one of it's greatest thinkers and an early champion of equality and civil rights.

    I find this to be a crime against history of unforgivable proportions. If you live in Texas demand that the members of the board of un-education who made this decision to be fired and pull your child out of school until it is rectified.
    Teachers and faculty should do a walk out.
    If you live in the US write your senators stating this violates the constitution and is an embarrassment to the US as large.
