As has been suggested before you are no longer welcome here.
This is solely an issue with improper caching on Pepper's end (he has an old version of the CSS his connection is refusing to update) - the CSS on the server is fine.
The performance problems are basically a result of all the bandwidth which was added - the server is having difficulty keeping up. We're obviously intent on fixing this.

I see, I had that problem also, I assumed it was a CSS problem as I had been clearing the cache and so on since it's only the placing that had messed up. I guess I have to wait it out to see the fix on my side.
If it's problematic for both of you it might be a problem for more people. I'll see about a fix.
I'm expecting a ban hammer for the two...
