Conservative: Freedom of speech is absolute and should have no abridgement.
Progressive: The public good is served with certain confinement put on freedom of speech.
Pretty accurate assessment, but how did this derail into political moralfaeggotry? And enough of the Fox News B.S. (hate the king, become the king).
Anywho, the whole thing smacks of moralfaeggotry, no matter if it's Progressives, far Left-wingers, or far Right-Wingers. The point is that a poorly-written federal law used in a case, in which it was stricken out in the "plea bargain," has led to the unfortunate, enraging discussion.
