    Korean's is not only Korean is, it can also indicate the possessive

    To be exact, neither of them are correct. The correct term should be

    Why are Koreans' penises so small?
    OR
    Why is a Korean's penis so small?

    Both of them should go back studying grammar.

    I doubt they really think SanCom is worth the time, even if they actually knew about it.
