I don't have time to write this up so in the spirit of yukkuri I'll just post it here and let you do all the work. Bonus points if you write an article for me.

This gallery, and a few more anime pics should suffice. It gets the message across, without needing to say much.
A late-breaking effort by vigorous Japanese programmer ultraist, who introduces us to a seemingly conceptive application that allows for a face from almost any anime picture to get Yukkurized.
It turns out to be based on a sufficiantly big library, as many examples are sure to follow.
Although the original intention was for it to be strictly anime based, it works almost as well on 3D.
Witness the Yukkurizer.

Only a rough sketch, you be the judge.
Forget this Yukkuri thing, I want to know more about that algorithm. Is it just an ordinary facial detection algorithm (well, as ordinary as one of those can be) that happens to work -or can be tweaked to work- on drawn faces, or did he create one out of whole cloth?

I have a theory. Look at the 2 pics. I think 2 criterion come into play.
1. Only those with faces looking directly at the screen get Yukkurized
2. Only those with oppai gets Yukkurized (notice Yachiru (no. 15), looks directly into the screen too but doesn't get Yukkurized)
Yukkuris are slowly taking over the world:
