Developers Sought - II

Due to the mysterious disappearance of our previous developer, it has sadly become necessary to seek a replacement; whether or not he returns, relying on a single individual in these matters is perhaps best avoided.

Naturally we would be interested in employing a candidate with an interest in and understanding of the site, so asking on the site is our first recourse.

Development skills in a fairly standard LAMP environment are the major requirements, along with JS/Ajax and the usual HTML/CSS abilities. CMS familiarity probably goes hand in hand with this - prior familiarity with WP/MW would be very useful.

Skill with Linux and systems administration is a definite plus.

Familiarity with RoR and PostgreSQL is a considerable plus but not a requirement.

It may well be possible to consider someone who only meets a subset of these skills - please feel free to ask.
