YEAH! It's One Piece that's ripping off Mashima not the other way around actually.
Though then again I suppose both of them are probably slightly ripping off Akira Toriyama's older stuff. < < (as well as a few other guys like Takashi Shimada too)

Nah I got no problems with that, afterall everyone takes their inspiration from somewhere. I mean I personally think that luffy's gear third was taken from tom and jerry.
